Flare is an all-day lifestyle destination blending dining, entertainment, and community. We reimagined this experience with a cohesive brand and a seamless app, serving as a pilot platform for future expansion. As the design lead, I managed tasks, conducted brand vision interviews, and ran co-creation workshops. I designed key app features like group reservations and shared payments and created brand guidelines for a unified experience. This project was a race against time. With just three months and a lean team, I assigned tasks according to each designer’s strengths and led key efforts, from aligning with the founder’s vision to running co-creation workshops.

We delivered a comprehensive digital ecosystem, including a website, social app, backend system, and full brand identity, while also preparing staff to utilize it all before launch.

We interviewed over 10 target users from daytime dining and nighttime party scenes, identifying 4 key personas based on behaviors and pain points. Two co-creation workshops validated these findings by mapping the user journey.
